Traditional steakhouse, Modern twist

We utilise a traditional chargrill but also cook our steaks in our Spanish Josper oven using lump charcoal which imparts a unique flavor and profile on all our meats.

Our steaks are sourced from some of Australia's most renowned pastures. Our products are prepared next door at Hansa Butchery. Our range of traditional smallgoods are all made to authentic European recipes.
